How to redeem shares  in FAMI? This is to share with you guys on how I redeem some of my shares in FAMI. This is just to check how long is the redemption process will take. First and foremost I printed the redemption form from the website. But before that, I messaged the online personnel on the FAMI website about the procedure on how to redeem shares. She sent me the form that I need to fill it up. After filling up the form. I send the scan copy to FAMI customer care associate together with the copy of my one valid ID. Fami will not process the request without sending them the original copy of the redemption form and copy of the ID. I send them through LBC courier. You can either pouch it through any metrobank branch with the code # 90020.  There is no redemption/exit fee if you’re investment is already six months . For below six months there is 1% fee.  Waiting period is approximately 7 days. You may claim the cheque personally in FAMI office or throug...

Hi guys. It’s been a long time that I did not update my blog. Let me share you my latest trip to Palawan where I enjoyed the so called Paradise Island in El Nido. Pre-selling Condo

Way back June 2012 my birthmonth ❤️.  This was the month and year that I decided to get a unit/Condo in a well-known developer  which is the Empire East on a pre-selling basis. So what I mean Pre-selling? They are selling condo that still not in completion or still in planning stage. On this stage is very risky, thats why it is very important to invest only in a reputable developer who have a long and solid history of delivering quality properties on time. Pre-selling will give u cheaper price and longer payment scheme for 5 years like what I have. The reason why I invested in condo during that time is I dont know where to put my extra money. Everytime kasi na I put money on bank and save, during my annual vacation nauubos lang siya. I was really upset and depressed everytime bumabalik ako dito sa abroad. BORACAY Adventure!

BORACAY is LOVE! First time to share my travel experienced with my hubby to Boracay! Ung dati naririnig ko lang siya. Palagi kasing bukambibig ng mga artista and some of my friends na maganda nga daw dun. It was Dec.27-30 way back 2010 when we planned our trip. Of course were excited! The very first time na nagbiyahe kami locally. We booked our ticket to Cebu Pacific. Grabe, Ilang oras ang biyahe nmin, from ILocos we rode a BUs to Manila for 8-9 hours. Then To airport. TRavel hour from Manila to Caticlan Airport is approximately one hour. So finally we reached Caticlan. Excited syempre! Alam mo ung feeling na hindi ka mapakali sa excitement! Lolz. So  naghanap kami agad ng tricycle to bring us to the port. May mga ibang transportations doon na available like vans/jeep. WE prepared na sakyan ung tricycle para mas Makita nmin ung lugar. HIndi ko na matandaan magkano ung fare. IT will take 30 mins to reached the port. So, nung nasa port na kami, grabe daming turista! Pila kam...
